Twin toddler mama who battled her way through infertility, pregnancy complications & the all too familiar drama of the postpartum period. Through her personal experiences and her 18+ years in the wellness and beauty industries as a licensed esthetician, licensed massage therapist, certified fertility massage specialist and nationally certified continuing education provider with a specialized focus on fertility, pregnancy, & postpartum, Cara decided it was time to take what she learned and share it with the world!
